The panel

Five people check every decision.

The LocalBench is a panel of five independent advisors. Each one watches for a different way a big local decision can go wrong. Every final report goes past all five before it reaches you.

01

Public systems

A senior person from government or public services. They check roads, water, power, planning rules, and whether a place will still work in ten years.

02

Legal & risk

A qualified lawyer who knows this region. They check legal and paperwork risk. This is not a replacement for hiring your own lawyer.

03

Education

A senior teacher or school leader. They check whether a school or college actually suits the student.

04

Travel & logistics

An experienced local travel and hotel professional. They check seasons, roads, venues, rooms, and backup plans.

05

Business

A senior business leader who has worked in this region. They check whether a plan is practical for a company and its staff.

How we keep them independent

Every advisor signs six agreements before they start any work. These cover independence, confidentiality, conflicts of interest, how your data is handled, professional conduct, and a promise never to approach our clients privately.

Before each case, advisors tell us about any link they have to a school, area, venue, or vendor we are assessing. If there is a link, we replace that advisor for that case.

The panel never learns who you are. We do not share your name or any personal details with them. That is what keeps their view honest.

We do not publish advisor names on this site. Once we are working together under a mutual non-disclosure agreement, we show you the field and verified credentials of everyone who reviewed your case.
