What we collect
Your contact details. Whatever you choose to tell us about your decision. Any documents you send. A voice answer, if you record one. Nothing beyond what the work needs.
How voice responses are handled
If you record an answer, we turn it into text for you to check and confirm. We prefer to delete the recording once you confirm the text. We keep it only if you ask us to. We always tell you if audio is stored, for how long, who can hear it, and how to have it deleted.
Who can access your case
Only the people who need to. LocalBench advisors work under confidentiality agreements. No advisor has to be publicly linked to your case.
Your control
You can see your information, correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time. Email support@locallinkin.com. You do not need to create an account or remember a password. A private link keeps what you send safe.
